Mass Effect 2 Armor Colors

My other setup is custom armor, with a helmet from one of the MP characters. HK legs, N7 arms, Ariake shoulders, Armax torso, and the head from the N7 Destroyer (Expanded Galaxy Mod gives you it), with the dark gray primary and secondary, and red pattern color for a gunmetal N7 look. Teal or no lights.

T he third BETA release of VLM is now available for download! Included in this release are numerous fixes, improvements to the installation process and a few additional mod packages. New Features & ImprovementsFor this release I've listened to the feedback received regarding the installation of the mod packages, and as a result I've now included additional descriptions and notes for each mod package, to which can be accessed directly from within the mod manager itself. Additionally you'll find links to screenshots and / or videos that show off the particular mod package if they are available. A while ago I showed off the screenshot above and mentioned some of the additional mod packages found in VLM that aren't related to weapon load-outs and in particular improve your character appearance.First of all in this release you'll also find a copy of, which I've received permission to include.

This is a great mod that adds hundreds of additional armor tints for you to customize your armor with. The color palette mod included in previous versions of VLM has been removed and I will not be continuing its development.Secondly if you look at the far right of the above screenshot, you'll see that the other N7 armor has been added to the armor selection.

In VLM you can either choose to select it as a Full-Body Armor or customize it with shoulder pads and helmets etc. If you want, you may also remove your shoulder-pads, to which can look good under certain combinations. Adding additional armors is merely a test for now, I'm aware other mods have produced similar results - but if this checks out bug free and works properly for all users then I will be expanding to it in the future. Other stuff and ETA till next release.I've been a bit tight for time with this release as I have a backlog of other projects I need to finish first, so not everything I wanted to include is included.

A few additional weapons mods and improvements will be released later on, probably next month some time when they are completed. Remember this mod is still in BETA, so please continue to post your feedback and / or bug reports. In the mean time enjoy V1.2!

Download:There are a few other changes and improvements I’ve not covered in this news post, so check out the for further details. Office 2001 key gen mac. You can.If you encounter any problems then let me know and I'll try and fix it in a later release. Also and if you want to post any detailed feedback then you may use.

. Major update: 256 new or modified textures (about 2 GB). Upscaled all ME2 merc armors and some others to 4K (diff, norm) and 2K (strp and tint) with Gigapixel.

Bit early for a 2019 release, but there's probably not going to be one at the beginning of the year, and I don't want to make you wait just to have a beautiful 2019 in my version number. So there you go.Not a huge release, but still some very welcome additions, and a bugfix!INSTALLERThe installer has been merged with the textures download. It is now sufficiently stable and its autoupdate feature means it is unnecessary to separate the downloads. You can still download it separately from Mgamerz' github page: Removed aurora texture, since it causes problems when upscaled (Illusive Man / sun background)- Added MaryseDynasty's Quarian textures- Added MaryseDynasty's Aria textures- Added hologram textures by Darziak- Added Volus textures!!. Version 2018.6.8. INSTALLER- Entirely new installation procedure.

Should now be more beautiful, less buggy, way more functional. All credit to Mgamerz and aquadran.- Overhauled the additional mods available for download in the installer for better consistency with the rest of the textures. Added some mods, removed a few others.TEXTURES- Added and updated many, many textures with CDAMJC's recently released update for MEUITM.- Added some new textures related to the solar system, made by myself.- Improved the Asari NPC's faces.- Added a hologram texture made by JimbobJeffers.- Various bugfixes. Version 2017.5.2. This is a major release mainly so that everyone uses the new version of MEM.- Updated MEM to v167. The format of the texture scan file has changed in this version to fix some issues.

If you had already installed ALOT, you need to revert ME2 to vanilla and reinstall everything.- Added something like 50 new environment textures (mainly walls) by myself, CreeperLava- Fixed an inconsistency between spec and diff on the Terminus armor- Fixed an inconsistency between Samara's face and body textures. ALOT is now using a versioning system (Boar). This doesn't change anything on your side, it's all in the background. It means the textures are tracked much more professionally between updates, and are easier to revert in case of regressions. Version 2017.4.3.

Version 2017 is a complete overhaul of ALOT. Too many changes to list individually:).Textures- We created an exhaustive database of 'portable' (ie identical) textures between the 3 Mass Effect games. This means comparing through various means about 44 000 textures.- Bioware downscaled many textures and upscaled others throughout the development of the 3 games (eg a texture could be 1024px in ME1, 512px in ME2, 256px in ME3). We normalized the textures (same, highest resolution everywhere).- We compared each ALOT texture to its highest resolution vanilla counterpart. We removed all non vanilla-friendly textures and fixed many bugs.- We made plenty of new textures.

More to come in the next updates:).Installation- Switch from ME3Explorer to the much newer, faster and stable MassEffectModder (MEM).- Installation of ALOT has been simplified thanks to an installer made for us by the MEM author.- Installation should now take less than an hour on any computer. Much less than that on SSD.- MEM takes care automatically of INI settings.- No more DDS version. 7z version has been changed to MEM format.

The DDS' can still be extracted from the MEM version, using MEM.- No more torrents. The simplification of the setup means it is now viable for me to upload each version. Also, improvements on Nexus' side for upload of big files.CommunityWe are now on Discord: can join us there to give feedback, ask (sensible) questions. We'll also make available there pre-releases for beta testing. Version 2.5.11. Removed Ottemis' textures from ALOT, as requested by her.

List of textures removed:. If you still want to use them (I recommend it, they're really nice), you'll have to manually download Ottemis' mods from Nexus, then extract the textures from the TPFs, and cross check which ones I used in ALOT. I can't do anything more about it, sorry.- Removed 0x385531BA (unupscaleable). Removed 0x901157E4 (same size as vanilla).- Vanilla'd 0xE4FE533C to fix Garrus visor's texture.- Included all previous patches. Apparently Ottemis received hate messages since revoking permission for her textures.

The decision has been made, and hating on her won't bring anything. She isn't the one at fault here, the mods are hers, she has the right to do anything she wants with them. For now, it can only be hoped that she will upload these textures as her own mod in the future. Negative messages certainly won't encourage her to do so, please consider it and avoid this childish behaviour. Version 2.4.12.

Again, a lot of bugfixes. Also, new mods!Additions.- Jaroth's Armor mod by MaryseDynasty.- Better Galaxy Textures by CreeperLava (that's me).- Discovered a bunch of unused high resolution (2k) textures hidden in the ME2 game files. These were apparently used for promotional screenshots, and haven't been downscaled like the others. I replaced the classic textures with them where possible.Fixes.- Includes all previous updates.- Regenerated ALL MIPMaps to make use of the enhanced MIP generation algorithms of ME3Explorer 2.0.- General standardization, removal of bad looking textures, replacement of others, minor additions and fixes, etc. Too many to list exhaustively, quite frankly (150+ changes).

I'll list some of the changes below.- Loads of fixes on the armor's Strip textures. ME3 uses the red channel for these, whereas ME2 doesn't. Thus, I removed the red channel for ME2's Strip texture that were ported from ME3.- Tali's face should be less visible now, like in vanilla. Also, updated her textures to JeanLuc's latest version (no idea how I missed that).See the bug section for more details.Aquarium.- Added the Shuttle mask texture (0x4D4C54BB). Version 2.2.3. A good amount of bugfixes:Aquarium.- Some textures caused graphical glitches when upscaled.

These have been placed in the Aquarium TPF.Hashes: 0x0C563109, 0x182C29DB, 0x25974BC3, 0x288571FA, 0x329E68B6, 0x41DFE46F,0x5ED6E094, 0x73027F0D, 0x7C5C79BD, 0x8D87AF68, 0x8DCB8426, 0xBC5048CE,0xBC82E5BD, 0xC7DE7033Removals.- Removed a brow texture that looked out of place (hash 0x56205C7C)- Removed plates and tray textures that looked out of place while being the same size as vanilla (hashes 0xA561D987, 0xC17831F4, 0x7C81E144, 0x19F79152)- Removed 2 BendNorm textures that strayed too far from vanilla (hashes 0x1505FC7C, 0xD5C4ED03)- Removed black Datapad01Screen (hash 0x6B276BA0) texture. This texture was a bugfix for ME3, and is unneeded in ME2.Updates.- Fixed Joker face (hash 0x839A01CB) by replacing the modded alpha by an upscale of the vanilla one. This texture was ported from ME1.- Added 2 BendNorm textures. There are 6 of those in ME2 (don't ask), 3 of which are identical (.) but with different sizes and hashes. Thus, I upscaled 0x1505FC7C and 0x73027F0D with a copy of 0x720EA91E.- Fixed the eyes of the Vorcha not displaying by modifying the alpha (hash 0x5FC0EE54)- Fixed (?) possible issue with Tali's outfit by replacing 2.1 textures with original textures from JeanLuc.

Version 2.1.1. Fixed Squad armors being all buggy: 0xB1D55360, 0x37EBEE58, 0xAE4CB759, 0xCFBA92C3, 0xCE6A8AFC, 0x9A1EB56F, 0xE5224E76, 0x66453D73, 0x09C8641C. Fixed Normandy walls being all buggy: 0x14321757. Fixed about 60 textures that simply had the wrong hashes (probably due to the port of textures from ME1 and ME3 to ME2). Replaced them with correct textures from Ottemis' mods. For the curious ones, almost all the problems were due to alphas that were entirely white (= opaque).

No idea how that happened. Should be mostly fixed now. Includes 1.3.1. AlvaroMe deserves a big thank you for this update, I wouldn't have been able to get it out this rapidly without his help. Thanks!.

Version 1.3.1. A L OT O F T EXTURES (ALOT)CREDIT: ALOT is a project that was initiated by myself, CreeperLava, but couldn't have come so far without the contributions of many artists, developpers and the input of countless users. A complete list of the textures in ALOT and their respective authors is available. Many artists contributed to ALOT, namely AlvaroMe, commositore, CDAMJC, ClearanceClarence, CreeperLava, cristi1990an, DeadMeat, ELE08, Ellise, heleuss, JeanLuc761, JimbobJeffers, MaryseDynasty, Mellin, Mgamerz, mylastsong18, Ottemis, smarteck, sulezraz, Tarshana, TheDarkFalkon, ThinkBlueN7. Special thanks to CDAMJC for sharing his draft of a ME2 MEUITM with the ALOT project. The ALOT team currently consists of three people: myself, aquadran and Mgamerz. AlvaroMe is the honorary fourth member, but he has left the modding scene for now. Mgamerz and aquadran developed and provided vital support for two essential tools used by ALOT, namely and the.

Thank you also to KFreon for. W HAT IS THIS MOD?TL;DR A Lot Of Textures (ALOT) is a visual upgrade of the Mass Effect trilogy (, ). ALOT for ME2 in particular contains over 1800 high resolution textures. The result is a game that is much more pleasing to look at, and thus more enjoyable to play. Now the long version:. ALOT is a project to provide a much needed visual upgrade to the entire Mass Effect trilogy. With over 6000 high resolution textures across all 3 games, it is also the largest modding project of its kind for any game.

ALOT provides high resolution textures for squad mates, environments, weapons, armours, enemies, allies. Pretty much everything that is visually distracting due to low resolution has been overhauled. Despite the large number of textures in ALOT, quality primes over quantity. Respect of vanilla (ie unmodded) style is paramount. Every single texture in ALOT was carefully handpicked with that in mind, from the work of many contributing mod authors. Furthermore, ALOT restores a large number of unused, high resolution textures from the vanilla game, that were hidden away in the game files.

This to replace the downscaled version of these textures that you see in game. During the installation of ALOT, the installer will also modify the game's INI settings for improved dynamic shadows and texture rendering. We welcome any contributions to the mod, you can come and talk with us on if you're interested:).The ALOT project was featured on, and many others. Many 4K screenshots are available in the image section of Nexus to give you an idea of what you'll see. Old mod descriptions haven't been updated, but rest assured this applies for all mods.0.

By restoring an unmodded (vanilla) backup, you can revert your game to its initial state. If you don't have a backup, the only way to vanilla your game is to remove the game's folder and redownload it through Origin. If you have any issues or questions, first read the FAQ (see below) to see if it is already answered there. If it isn't, come over on and discuss it with us. You can also join us there to talk about ALOT, modding, or whatever you want:).

Other available settings are already modified by ALOT, directly in the game's INI settings.Tweaking these settings will drop your FPS. Make sure your computer can take it. Bad tweaks may also cause graphical glitches ( causes glitch).Recommended mods. These are mods I played with and enjoyed, they're my personal recommendation. They are perfectly compatible with ALOT, provided you install them before ALOT. : Shadows in ME2 are sometimes too dark, this mod fixes it: Clever mod that makes use of the loading screens' video format to accelerate them while bumping them to 60 FPS: Adds a lot more customization to your armor's colors: Unofficial patch for ME2: Adds new weapons to ME2.

Very well integrated to the game: Makes the orange GUI parts transparent. Much less intrusive.

Install this one with the ALOT Installer (drag & drop the tpf file).: 2-in-1 mod, removes the mini games (including planet scanning) and your powers' shared cooldowns.: Add keybinds to freeze the game and toggle the fly cam. If it is a major update (eg version 2018.7.0 came out and you have version 2018.6.4 installed), you will need to restore your game to vanilla and follow the instructions in the Installation section above. General Advice. Pirated copies of ME2 and its DLCs may or may not work, in any case, they won't be supported.

Turn Origin's auto update setting off. Otherwise, Origin can overwrite modded game files with the originals without asking. If that happens, reinstall everything. Also, turn off Origin's in-game overlay.

On my setup the overlay halves my FPS from a stable 60 FPS to less than 30. If using Steam, run the game once before running the ALOT Installer. Otherwise the game won't be detected. Avira and Bitdefender were reported to cause issues with MEM and the Installer. As a general rule, deactivate your antivirus when installing ALOT.2.

Is ALOT compatible with insert popular mod here? There are no known incompatibilities with any other mods, except ME2Controller.Controls in the character creation interface do not work when ME2Controller and ALOT are installed. The solution is to change these options from the main menu.No Mini Games has been reported to cause NPCs to have blue eyes. I haven't verified it myself, but be warned.Remove Shared Cooldown is compatible with ALOT, just make sure not to use the 'version that works with ALOT' (spoiler: it doesn't).
