Synergies2.Remastered lights3.Reduced particles4.Lowered run speed5.Moded's weapons packSynergies is a must have. It's a comprehensive rebalance of the entire game that also adds new abilities, new classes and new pets. Salan has done an incredible job on the mod and it continues to grow and get better as time goes. Once the official editing tools are out, it's going to get even better. Remastered lights and reduced particles is a must for those of us with crappy graphics cards. It improves performance without making the game look like total crap.Lowered run speed because I prefer the run speed from the first game, I like to take my time yet i'm still able to keep up in multiplayer without lagging too far behind. Moded has made some really great weapons and I wish all the legendaries in this game were as good as the ones in that mod.

Synergiesmy top all 5 in one lol this mod is insanely good. IF your up to a challenge its alot harder and it adds everything I ever wanted to see so far.far too much to name. Including Necro class. There are several spells still in the works for the Necro but its really comming along damn well.

Make sure you read the release notes prior to installing it. And its easily removed if you choose but back up your stash etc ( not like it will take 5 runns to refill it anyways lol) incase you have the uber wpn/gear. I think Salan deserves a hell of alot of credit this is a very ambitious mod and he really put his all into it and still is. I hope Torched and Runic all plays nicely together with this mod because this deserves to be around. I am on my fifth run 4 classes wanted a change and this changed it all.+ Necro build, it also added advanced abilities to access a great deal.

Torchlight 2 synergies mod

I have been running it for 30+ hours and am still finding things going ' O FREAKIN AWESOME!' Lol but as i said i ran Vanilla over 200 hours prior. It did add more storage and new dungeons and maps also. And i like enchanting being split up for each element and stats etc dropping 40k on +3% ice dmg sucked;) and when your geared out pretty much the tons of monsters makes it more fun as well as bosses maps that have all the world bosses in them.(added alot more like summon scrolls etc)) like anything else it will appeal to some people not so much others. The grind from 80 to 100 was getting alittle boring tbh for me and this made it a blast again.Yes it runs all the time and you need to run with people who also have the mod or it could cause some issue's. If you run coop with a set group see if everyone wants to try it.

If you run open coop with anyone hosting or jumping in games then no you might not want it. Myself and all my buddies have the same version so it doesnt effect us and i name the game Synergy ver 136 or something so people know as well as PW and friend only my games. If your running it i would suggest the same.

I do suggest also a decent connection and rig as it is more demanding graphically when all hell breaks loose. And Salan is really great you can mssg him questions and friend him and he replies and answers any questions. He has dedicated a HUGE amount of time to doing this and doing it right.this isnt a sloppy mod in any way, it gets better and better with every version as he creates more.

I have had not a single issue so far or conflict. Originally posted by:i've not used any mods yet and probably wont till the i finish my fun on an unmodded game. Though Runic do seem to be draging their heels on the editor for some reasonSynergies looked nice, but it changed to much for me to really try itThey're not dragging their heels on the editor at all. They're a small 30 person team dealing with support for not one but TWO million+ selling games, as well as localisation, documentation for the editor, tutorials, integrating the mod kit with the Steam workshop as well as making sure the mods people make cause as few conflicts as possible. The tools are going to be a lot more robust this time around and people are going to have a lot more information. Those of you who don't use mods will have to worry less about people who misuse the editing tools hopping into your game and mod users won't have to worry as much about mods breaking games. As far as i'm concerned, if it takes another three months in exchange for a truly fantastic set of tools, i'm all for it.Also, according to Runic 'GUTS is still trundling toward release (most of the work now is on making the lobby experience with mods really workable)'.
